Prepare to change an upgraded integration
Disable the integration before changing field mappings or routes. This prevents synchronization from running with an incomplete route configuration.
To prepare to change an upgraded integration:
1. Disable the integration.
2. Review the existing field mapping groups and migrated routes.
3. Confirm that the configured connectors can access the additional projects and spaces.
4. Verify that the intended Jama Connect item types and Jira Cloud issue types are available in the new locations.
5. Add or update routes without creating overlapping Jama Connect location and Jira Cloud space combinations.
6. Confirm each route's direction and destination.
7. Replace any values marked Unavailable.
8. Enable the required routes and the integration.
9. Run a Full Sync, then review the logs.
