Manage upgraded Jira Cloud integrations
Eligible Jama Connect Interchange integrations that use Jira Cloud have been upgraded to the multi-project integration model. You can continue using an upgraded integration as configured or expand it by adding additional Jama Connect projects and Jira Cloud spaces.
Note
Jira Data Center integrations aren't upgraded. They continue to use the legacy integration model.
Upgrade changes
For each eligible Jira Cloud integration, the upgrade:
Preserved the integration's enabled or disabled state
Preserved its connectors, field mappings, synchronization direction, and existing item links
Added a route for each existing field mapping group
Carried forward the configured Jama Connect project, synchronization locations, and Jira Cloud space
Converted supported creation rules to route-level rules
Associated existing item links with the appropriate migrated route
Set the synchronization frequency to at least one minute if the previous value is missing or shorter than one minute
Converted the integration to the Jira Cloud multi-project model
Existing links continue to synchronize through their migrated routes. To remain eligible for synchronization, an item must stay within the project, location, item type, and Jira Cloud space covered by its route.
