Add projects and spaces
An upgraded integration isn't limited to the Jama Connect project and Jira Cloud space in its original configuration.
An integration can include up to:
20 Jama Connect projects
20 Jira Cloud spaces
40 routes per field mapping group
You can't remove projects, locations, or spaces that existing routes reference. Update or remove the dependent routes first.
To add projects and spaces:
Open the integration dashboard.
In the Jama Connect panel, next to Projects, select Manage.
Add the required Jama Connect projects.
In the Jira Cloud panel, next to Spaces, select Manage.
Add the required Jira Cloud spaces.
Save your changes.
Open Field mappings, then configure routes for the newly added projects and spaces.
Review the configuration for unavailable values or route validation errors.
Enable the required routes and the integration.
Important
Adding a project or Jira Cloud space makes it available for route configuration but doesn't begin synchronizing its items. At least one valid, enabled route must connect the Jama Connect project and location to the Jira Cloud space.
