Reset a user’s password (admin)
If a user loses their password, you can create a new password for them.
To reset a user's password:
In the Jama Connect Interchange header bar, select the User icon > User admin.
Locate the user in the table.
In the Actions column, select the Edit user icon.
Update these fields:
Password — Enter a new password for the user. The password must include at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character and 1 number.
The user can update their password after they log in.
Confirm Password — Reenter the password.
Select Save.
You can now give the new password to the user.
