Connector ownership and visibility
All connectors are marked as Global (visible to all users) or are owned by a specific user (visible only to the owner and admins).
Admin users can:
View all connectors
Edit all connectors
Assign connector ownership to any user or set to Global.
Non-admin users:
Can see only their own connectors and global connectors
Can edit only their own connectors
Can't see connectors owned by other users
Can't assign ownership
