Setting up Jama Connect Webhooks
To set up Jama Connect Webhooks, an admin must configure a webhook endpoint, add a Jama Connect Webhooks subscription, and validate signed events that are sent to your application. Adding a subscription registers the webhook URL and starts the verification process. After verification, copy and securely store the signature key before validating signed events.
Important
To administer Jama Connect Webhooks, you must set up a Jama Connect service account and Jama Connect Interchange connector. Only organization admins can complete this setup. For more information, see Setting up a Jama Connect service account and Jama Connect Interchange connector.
